Pick-me-up tonic with vinegar



Do you need a little pick me up? Use two cups of white grape juice, two cups of apple juice and mix with one cup of apple cider vinegar.

Mix well and refrigerate. Dink a small cup of this mixture each morning to get your body going.

Other ways of taking apple cider vinegar to promote health are:

Add a tablespoon of vinegar every day to a glass of water and drink it down.

Or combine 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, and a full glass of water. Take this tonic 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
